STUDENT COMPLAINTS<\/b><\/p>\n

A complaint is either an Informal Resolution, an Informal Complaint or a Formal Complaint request to the institution to investigate allegations of noncompliance with UNAM\u2019s <\/span>\u201cNon-Discrimination Policy.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

It is the goal of UNAM-San Antonio to provide an educational working environment that provides equal opportunity to all members of the Institution\u2019s community. In accordance with federal and state law, the Institution prohibits unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, genetic information and veteran status. To the extent permitted by law, discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is also prohibited pursuant to the institution\u2019s policy.<\/span><\/p>\n
